EXCHANGE POLICY

At Almirah, we aim to provide a convenient shopping experience. We offer a 15-day Exchange Policy. For exchange requests, please contact us via call or email.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete
  • The delivered product does not match the ordered item
  • The product is unused and unwashed
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged)
  • The product size does not match the ordered size
  • Fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • The minimum processing time for exchange is 7 working days

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds. However, if an exchange or resolution is not possible, a store credit/voucher (e-currency) may be issued (valid for online use only)
  • Refund claims will not be entertained if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at delivery. Instead, store credit will be issued once the parcel is returned to the warehouse
  • If an item fails to meet quality standards, a voucher will be issued after the remaining items in the order are shipped (for paid orders)
  • If the entire paid order is canceled, the refund will be issued as store credit
  • All payments are processed in PKR; refunds/store credits will also be issued in PKR
  • Customers are responsible for currency exchange fluctuations
  • Almirah is not responsible for any difference due to currency conversion
  • Store credit processing time: 5–10 working days (depending on payment method)

Voucher Redemption Policy

  • Vouchers can be applied to purchases made through our official website https://almirah.com.pk/ only
  • Each voucher is for one-time use only and is valid for a single transaction
  • Multiple vouchers cannot be combined in a single order
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  • Any unused balance will not be refunded
  • Enter the voucher code at checkout in the “Discount Code” box
  • Only one voucher/code may be used per order
  • If the voucher value exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited
  • By redeeming a voucher, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions

International Orders

  • Currently, returns are not offered for international orders, as all products undergo strict QC checks before dispatch
  • In special cases, if an exchange is approved:
    • Customers must ship the product back to our Karachi operations facility
    • Products will be re-evaluated, and resolution will be provided accordingly
    • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return

Important Notes

  • For damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear proof (images/videos) for claim processing
  • If you receive an opened or unsealed package, inform us immediately to avoid claim issues
  • Altered or made-to-measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged
    • However, in case of incorrect measurements, further alterations will be provided
