LOCAL ORDERS

Delivery Time: 

Our standard procedure to process your order is within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available at the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

COD orders are verified via telephone or email before dispatching. However, in case of repeat orders, Clearance sale and other promotions orders may be processed without telephonic verification.

In case if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

Expected delivery time in Pakistan is 2-3 days (During sale delivery time may exceed )

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Almirah will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

Delivery Charges: 

Shipping charges of Flat Rs. 120 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Great News! we ship orders to almost all over the world.

Delivery Time:

Expected delivery time for an international order is 3 to 7 working days depending on the location. In case if there are any changes, we will duly inform you via phone calls/emails

Delivery charges:

Delivery charges can be calculated by adding your selected product(s) to the cart and proceeding to checkout with your delivery address. Please note that the calculated delivery charges are exclusive of any applicable taxes and duties.

Taxes & Duties:

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or additional charges as imposed by the destination country. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Almirah will not be liable to return, refund, or compensate the amount of the order.

Likewise, where the customer fails to pay the applicable customs duties and the shipment is withheld, returned, or destroyed by the courier, no refund will be issued. All customs duties and charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
